Oh dear. I'm really sorry. I have been away from here longer than I thought!
In my defence, a lot has been happening, and it's not been all about the health, although I am considering asking for a sleeping bag next time I'm in a waiting room. The hips and back may be crumbling, but fortunately I'm still able to write, and I have also been travelling a lot, in Rosetta the new motorhome and also on a lovely cruise to Croatia ( go - you absolutely must see it, and Montenegro).
Anyhow, I am writing, but not as you know it ...
I had these two characters fighting to make an appearance. At first I thought they might be part of Maisie's world but then I soon realised that they wanted a story of their own. So WBIT Season 4 will come, but right now I'm excited about this new book! I'm about halfway through, and I'm not going to say too much at this stage, except that it's a gothic fantasy romance, and I am LOVING the way it's hitting the page.
Sometimes our journeys take us places we weren't expecting. I hope that some of you will take a chance on a new genre with me. I'm hoping it'll be out before the year is done.
